Nicolette Bove is the Director of Leasing & Resident Experience at Clinton Management. Ms. Bove joined the company in 2016, immediately following internships at several properties within the organization, including Edge Community Apartments and 1 North 4th. She is responsible for overseeing market-rate and affordable housing assets, which includes initial and renewal leasing workflows. Ms. Bove was promoted to her current position in 2021.

Ms. Bove is a New York State Real Estate Associate Broker, holds her LIHTC certification, and attends annual fair housing trainings.

Ms. Bove holds a B.S. from the State University of New York at Cortland.
