Michelle Guerrero is a Leasing Manager at Clinton Management, where she directs leasing strategy and operations across the company’s Brooklyn market-rate housing portfolio, including Level, 1N4, and AtlanticBK. Michelle joined Clinton in 2019 and brings over 7 years of management and operations experience to the role, building and leading a high-performing leasing team responsible for driving occupancy, optimizing marketing strategy, and overseeing lease renewals across a multi-property portfolio. Her leadership has been instrumental in sustaining strong occupancy and delivering a consistently high standard of resident experience across all properties under her management.

Prior to Clinton Management, Michelle served as an Operations Manager at a boutique hedge fund in Manhattan. A fascination with the city’s skyline led her to pivot into real estate, where she earned her real estate license and built a career centered on operational excellence and portfolio performance.

Michelle holds a B.A. from Hofstra University.
