Priscilla Rukaj is Vice President of Operations at Clinton Management. In this position, she oversees operations for the company’s market rate and affordable portfolio. Since joining the company in 2020, Ms. Rukaj has worked to ensure resident satisfaction and proper maintenance of all properties.

Ms. Rukaj brings over 15 years of experience in property management with market rate rentals and affordable housing rentals. Prior to joining Clinton Management, Ms. Rukaj was Director of the Rental Division at Douglas Elliman Property Management.

Ms. Rukaj holds a B.S. from William Paterson University.
