Sack Wern Houses is a comprehensive rehabilitation of seven residential buildings in the Soundview neighborhood of the Bronx, bringing significant investment and long-term improvements to an existing NYCHA community. Through the PACT program, Douglaston Development and its partners are undertaking extensive upgrades to 411 apartments, building systems, and approximately five acres of grounds. The project is centered on preserving affordability while creating safer, more sustainable, and higher-quality homes for existing residents.
