Deniz Karahan is an Accounting Manager – Affordable at Clinton Management. In his role, Mr. Karahan oversees the financial activities of a portfolio of residential properties, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. He works closely with operational teams, leadership, and external partners to support financial performance and informed decision-making.

Mr. Karahan brings more than 10 years of finance and accounting experience across real estate, energy, engineering, and project-based environments. Prior to joining Clinton Management, he held positions with AKAM Associates, Power TK Perkins, Odas Energy, and Enerco Energy.

Mr. Karahan holds a Master of International Trade and Monetary Management from Marmara University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Dumlupinar University. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification.
