Jason Roman is Vice President of Leasing and Compliance at Clinton Management. Mr. Roman is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of affordable leasing and compliance associates. He monitors all Regulatory Agreement Compliance, as well as reporting to regulatory agencies (HPD, HDC, HFA). Mr. Roman also monitors vacancies of stabilized properties, ensures proper oversight of waitlist management, and provides leasing oversight for the development team on all new affordable properties. 

Mr. Roman brings over 17 years of affordable housing, residential leasing, compliance, and property management experience to this role. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Roman was Deputy Director of Compliance at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, where he oversaw the facilitation of IRS-required monitoring for projects with tax credits and tax-exempt bonds throughout New York City.
