Reuben Alvarado is the Facilities Manager at Clinton Management. Mr. Alvarado joined the company in 2017 and brings 20 years of building operations experience to the role, having previously held positions as a concierge, porter, handyman, superintendent, and resident manager.

In his current role, Mr. Alvarado is responsible for developing portfolio-wide preventative maintenance procedures, monitoring local law implementation and controls, carrying out inspections of facilities, training new resident manager hires, overseeing resident managers execution of emergency protocols, and managing relationships with contractors and service providers.

Mr. Alvarado completed training at the Apex Technical School in 2001 and the Thomas Shortman Program in 2007.
